FK6-HY1 High-Speed Draw Texturing Machine

HY1

The FK6 HY-1 high speed draw-texturing machine was developed to process all available POY at commercially obtainable maximum speeds.  Optionally, multi-feed and microfilament yarns can be textured.  The machine has a very solid structure and meets the requirements of large-scale filament processing.

Features:
1) With a product range of 55 – 330 dtex, maximum mechanical speed is 1,000m/min.  This is higher than most commerical texturing speeds.
2) The Style8 friction units offer a maximum speed of 20,000rpm
3) Friction units Style8 can run 6mm or 9mm thick ceramic or PU disks, suitable for all deniers and types of yarn; maximum configuration is 1-9-1
4) The primary heater is 2.5m long for 'M' machines, and 2.0m for 'V' machines; with temperature control from 160 – 250°C.
5) The 1.46m long secondary convection heater is suitable for temperatures from 160 – 250°C.
7) Bobbin holder: lift arm type, turnover type

These machines can be classified into models FK6 HY-1, FK6 HY-1A, FK6 HY (V)-1A, and FK6 HY-1AMF etc, according to machine layout and yarn path.

On 'V' machines, the yarn path of the primary heater, cooling plate and friction unit is in a straight line and is thus suitable for microfilament yarn.

'MF' machines are suitable for polyester microfilament texturing yarn, and are designed for satisfying the requirements of both the domestic and overseas markets. The inclined friction units optimize the yarn path, while the nip rollers and twist stop rollers are most suitable for microfilament yarn.
