The FK6 HY-6 is the
newest model high
speed draw-texturing machine using godet technology. This machine will
allow highest texturing speeds for standard and micro yarns. The
machine has a very
solid structure and meets the requirements of large-scale filament
processing.
Features:
- A and B side of the machine are driven
independently by inverters allowing both sides to run different
processes.
- With a product range of 55 – 255 dtex per
position, maximum mechanical speed is
1,100m/min. This is exceeds all commerical texturing speeds.
- On-Line tension measurement is standard for
this machine.
- Friction units type 8 can run 6mm or 9mm thick
ceramic or PU disks,
suitable for all deniers and types of yarn; maximum configuration is
1-9-1
On
'V' machines, the yarn path of the primary heater, cooling plate and
friction unit is in a straight line and is thus suitable for
microfilament yarn.
