Characteristics of machine

The machine is suitable for cotton sliver, roving or chemical filament fiber, natural silk, or other kinds of fibers (wool, hemp, etc.) with a staple length of 38-220mm as a feed material.  It can be used to produce ordinary type, overfeed type and controlled type fancy yarns, such as parallel yarns, fancy plain yarns, wave yarns, loopy yarns, bunchy yarns, slub yarns, cable yams, and fantasy yarns, etc.  The machine can be also be used for spinning of various kinds of composite yarns.

The whole machine is controlled by an industrial computer and the process setup, adjustments, display and electric control are all done via a computer touch screen.  Therefore the process adjustment is very convenient, simple and reliable.

The main thread shaft, intermediate & rear safts, front shaft, output shaft, hollow spindle, ring spindle and the ring bank are separately controlled by frequency inverters.  The speeds can be changed freely and the process can be adjusted in small increments.

The fancy yarns are produced in a single-step process, which uses drafting cradles for precise feeding, hollow spindles with false twist hook for twisting and ring spindles for de-twisting and take up.  Alternatively, the yarn can be taken up on cylindrical packages via a grooved roller.

The advanced high-speed hollow spindles run with low vibration because of their large bearing capacity.

An optional elastane feeding device is available.
