Rotor Spinning
A great newly developed semi automatic rotor spinning machine for most economic production of all yarn counts higher than Ne 12.  The machine comes in three versions, with rotors of  38, 42 and 50 mm diameter. Rotor speeds of up to 100,000 rpm. The fiber lengths is normally below 40 mm. Maximum speed is 170 m/min.


The integrated self threading spin box can can spin yarn of a large yarn count range.  Maximum number of positions is 240.  Machines can be equipped with optional parts for spinning knitting yarns.  The self-cleaning mechanism removes trash, which improves conversion efficiency and reduces the amount of labor.
